Archana Tiwari

Archana brings over 22 years of experience in human resources strategy, operations, organizational development and change management to her role as Vice President of Organizational Development at Exo. Most recently, Archana served as the Vice President of Human Resources at RxAdvance Corporation where she helped bring the company from a start-up to a mature organization and managed global HR operations. Previously, Archana built and led the HR functions for IkaSystems, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, American Student Assistance and Corning IntelliSense. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources, including HR Policy & Compliance, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits and Leadership Development. Archana holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Rivier University and Bachelor of Arts from Agra University.
